Hi! My name is Lauren. I am a Galactic Goddess who loves helping people to raise their vibrations. I am so happy you have found your way to Mood Medicine!

Ever since I was a little girl, I have been aware of the healing capabilities of my hands and my conversation. When I was 5 years old, I remember people telling me I should become a massage therapist. My friends always remarked that I seemed “wise beyond my years.” And, I was always very sensitive to energies that were not my own- what some people call being an “empath.”

Of course, like any good warrior, I was put through the wringer in my early life. I encountered sexual and extreme physical trauma at a very young age. I struggled with feelings of worthlessness and depression as well as the normal confusion of what it meant to be developing into a young adult.

All the while, however, I intuitively knew that we all have the power to heal ourselves. I sought answers from all the resources I could find - psychologists, therapists, astrologists, body workers, light workers, meditations, food cleanses, and anything else that presented itself along the way! The result of this is I have acquired many tools for healing and remaining grounded. I have dived deep within to cultivate understanding and compassion for myself. Along the way, I also learned a lot about human nature.

The result is that now I get to live my dream life! I travel around the world, connecting with like-minded people and do what I love to do- help people to feel GOOD! There is no doubt that Mood Medicine is exactly what I should be disseminating. Through Mood Medicine I am able to complete my soul’s mission, which is to “ others to tap into their own infinite power and inner healer.”

I have been blessed to experience and learn from some of the most amazing teachers and be a part of beautiful healing ceremonies around the world. I was first introduced to my “clairs” (I am clairsentient, clairaudient, and a little clairvoyant) by the magnificent Ama Nkwa, who I refer to as my “spiritual tutor.”

I have been blessed to walk with and learn Reiki and other cosmic magic from the powerful Erika of Moon Vitality who holds the wisdom of Ancient Egypt. She has been a catalyst for the emergence of so much of my own knowledge and my own magic and I am so honored to have her in my life!

I learned about ceremonial practices of Indigenous people of the Americas from Shimshai & Susana of La Ventana Retreats.

One of my most favorite gifts of knowledge/remembering is ACASMA Quantum Healing, which is one of my main offerings! I was blessed with the friendship of my teacher, The Majestik Lioness, who has helped me to clear any lower-density energies and behaviors. I love working with this modality because it really feels like magic!

I also have been working with plants and herbs in various ways for decades and eventually took an Herbal Medicine Making course with Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, which was such a wonderful experience. I learned to create various medicines for internal and external uses, as well as how to cook with herbs to infuse healing into our every day meals. It was such a beautiful program and I loved everything I learned.

Each of these learnings, in addition to other experiences, retreats, workshops, classes, and circles have given me a broader perspective of the weaving together of all my magical tools. I have so many various methods and perspectives to be able to share, allowing me to create personalized sessions, each with its unique Mood Medicine prescription.
